English Literature Studies University of the Indonesian Teknocrat (UTI), the best college in Lampung, returning to regionals. This time, an achievement presented by the Ayan Alfian, a 2025-year-old student who successfully won the 2nd Class of the B category in Darmajaya English Competitions 2026.

The annual English state-of-the-art competition was hosted by IB Darmajaya in May 2026.
Category B itself is a special competition class for junior to middle level participants. It's a proud achievement for Ayan who has now entered a second semester.

In the competition, members of the UKM's English Club (TEC) show tactical capabilities in creating words, anagram mastery, and high-value letter placement strategies on board. Scrabble Competition is a very close game with English learning because it demands a strong costal memory (vocabullary retention) and an understanding of the word structure.

The study of English Literature Studies really supports this activity, where students are used to dissecting morphology and enriching in literature. This Scrabble ability is also a very valuable portfolio for English graduates who want to work in education, because they have extra skills to teach English interactively in school through gamification methods.

Chairman of the English Literature Studies UTI, Suprayogi, M.Hum., relaying his gratitude and appreciation for this achievement. He was proud of the achievements Ayan had this early semester. This victory, he said, proves that the adaptation of game tactics and mastery of the spoken language at UKM TEC goes hand in hand with the prodi curriculum. Scrabble skills, he said, not just a game, but a professional asset.
