
The University of Indonesia (UTI) re-affirmed its commitment as a college that prompts the birth of a creative young and entrepreneurship through the Teknokrat Industrial Expo 2026. This event became a receptacle for the top-student outcomes of various faculty, including the faculty of economics and business.
One of the products that attracted the audience was Bonava, primium cookies, which was a typical banana-based Lampung program developed by students at 2024 FEB UTI, which is Hanifah, Ernima Harfiza Alicia S., Ardan Deliano, Gio Aprilliansyah, and Rayhan Shensinie. This product is a product of practice-based learning in the course of marketing management that integrate the potential of local raw materials with the concept of modern business and marketing.

Bonava presents three major variants, which are Golden Crush, Pink Lava, and Cookie Boom, which is designed to target different market segments. Variant Golden Crush offers primium banana cookies with crispy texture and balanced sweet taste. While Pink Lava blends bananas with dragon fruit that produces an interesting natural colour and a special flavor. As for Cookie Boom, it contains the concept of modern dessert, a combination of cookies with ice cream, which targets the market of young people and the munchies.
Professor of Conductor of Marketing Management, Ms. Dwi Gema Soegesti, S.M., M.S.M., explains that Bonava is an example of the application of marketing theory into real business practices. "Through Bonava, students not only learned how to create products, but also understand how to build product value through market analysis, positioning, price-based strategies, promotion-based, to package design that has a sales appeal."
