File & Generous terms:
1. High school / SMK / MA 2019, 2020
2. It has a Smart Indonesian card, or a Hope Family Programme or a Container of the Welfare Family Card.

Before filling out forms please provide the following data:
1. Ijadah / SKHU / SKL Last High School / SMK / MA scan has been legalized
2. Scan Raport Sestra 1 .d. 5 has been allocated
3. Scan ID or Description from Disdacail (Temporary ID)
Four. Family Card Scan
5. KIP or PKH or KKS card scan (enough for one)
Six. Incompetent Description Scan (SKTM) of Exposure or Extermination
Seven. The Principal's recommendation scan
Eight. Parent Payback Scan
Nine. Scan Healthy Description
10. Certificate Scan
11. Private photos set in red
Twelve. Front-Look Home Photo, inside, right, left and back
13. Electrical Account Scan (latest) and UN payment of last year (when available)
14. Last month's Water Account Scan.

All registration files are sorted in order and merged into one file (PDF format) and given full file names and selected study programs.
Then a hard copy of the registration file was collected at the University of Teknocrat of Indonesia.
